HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
The cost of our sessions may vary, but I offer a range of payment options to accommodate your needs. These options will be thoroughly explained during your free initial consultation, ensuring you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.
WHERE DO YOU SEE CLIENTS?
All sessions are conducted through a secure HIPAA-Compliant teleconferencing platform called SecureVideo. You will receive invites and reminders via email or text, whichever you prefer. To participate, you need a stable internet connection, a device with video capabilities and audio support, or a phone, and Zoom installed on your device.
Please note that when adding sessions to your calendar from the add calendar feature from the invite that only the first session is added. You will have to manually update your calendar to create recurring sessions. You will always receive a reminder one day and 15 minutes before each session.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Although insurance is not accepted, it's recommended to verify with your insurance provider as they may cover health and wellness coaching services and offer reimbursement for the services provided.
HOW OFTEN ARE SESSIONS?
During the initial consultation, we will discuss what session duration and frequency would work best for you and your needs. Although typically sessions last 50 minutes every other week for six months.
WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
Before your initial consultation, you will receive an intake form via email that needs to be completed and returned. Additionally, it's recommended to test your device beforehand to ensure that Zoom is installed, updated, and functioning properly, along with your video and audio.
